At The Graceful Design, all items are handmade with care. Because of the nature of our products, refunds are only available under the following condition:

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available only if an order is canceled before the item has been shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

To Request a Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at joey.skubisz@gmail.com. If the item has not yet been shipped, we will process your refund in full.

Non-Refundable Once Shipped
After an order has left our studio and has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are unable to issue refunds for any reason.
